1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PolartpGames ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We provide a free-to-play social entertainment platform, including our website (polartapgames.com), games, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("you", "your", "player"), and the Company. 3.1. Nature of Service: PolartpGames is a social entertainment platform. Our games are for amusement, recreation, and social enjoyment only. The Service does not offer any form of real-money play, prizes, or monetary rewards.

3.2. No Monetary Value: The outcome of any game does not result in any real-world financial gain for the player. The platform is designed purely for entertainment.

4. Virtual Items

4.1. Definition: The Service may include "Virtual Items," such as virtual coins, points, or other digital items. These are provided to you for entertainment purposes within the games.

4.2. Limited License: Virtual Items are not real currency. They are digital objects with no cash value. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Virtual Items within the Service. You do not own the Virtual Items.

4.3. No Redemption or Transfer: Virtual Items cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for real money or any real-world goods or services. Any attempt to do so is a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of your account.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Service:

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, and documentation) are owned by PolartpGames Inc. or its licensors. The Service is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service and your account, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any associated Virtual Items will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1. "AS IS" Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PolartpGames Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

10. General Provisions

10.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PolartpGames Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
